Three statistical trends that give a sense of the "push-pull" of the current market: 34% of the time buyers are making their offers without an inspection contingency. 25% of the time, sellers are contributing to buyers with "cash" closing costs concessions, and sellers are received an average of 101.5% of
their list price.
