Pending transactions up nearly 10% in
Twin Cities compared to 2019
Below are the weekly stats we received from our brokerage (RE/MAX Results)...Compared to last year, I was surprised to see that pending transactions are up over this time last year even with the virus.
This is good news for buyers that inventory (although limited) is still turning over and good news for sellers that homes are still selling. Here is the link with more data on pending transactions and inventory since "stay at home" order began:
Additionally, most real estate experts predict there will be more listings coming to meet the high buyer demand as the "stay at home" orders are lifted in later spring.

I haven't seen any lower prices up to this point.
Most homes are still selling within a few weeks of being on the market.
