Christmas Train is coming!The 1000 foot Canadian Pacific Christmas Train will bringing live entertainment "in exchange" for donations to our local food banks. It will be in the making 12 stops in and around the Twin Cities on the afternoon/evening of the 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th before it chugs to the northwest! Comparing the average (initial) list price to closed price ratio' from one year ago (Nov '21 to Nov '22), we see the average seller is recently receiving 2.5% less.
